SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping methods

Standard - Ex Works withdrawal (EXW) Collection c/o our warehouse: Italmondo Spa di Viale Italia 67/69 –20020 Origgio (VA) Italia.

On Request - Delivery by courier to your warehouse at the time of purchase you will be able to choose whether to ask for a quotation for delivery by courier to your Warehouse.

  • • The quotation is calculated on the basis of the taxable volume of your cart; it will be forwarded within 2 working days after the date of the request and it will be visible within the cart itself. It will then be possible to conclude the pending online order.

All orders received will be made available for collection within 20/30 working days (Saturday and Sunday excluded).

Our logistics department will confirm by email the order preparation.

COLLECTION METHOD

Once the order is ready, a first e-mail will be sent with the code for withdrawal. A second mail will follow, with all the details of the goods to be picked up c/o our depot: Italmondo Spa - Viale Italia 67/69 -20020 Origgio (VA), Italy.

 

DELIVERY METHOD

Delivery time of the order depends on the shipping courier and is usually guaranteed within 5-7 business days of sending the Shipment Confirmation. Delivery time to Islands will be increased by 48h.

PRACTICE TO FOLLOW AT THE TIME OF WITHDRAWAL

While collecting your order please make sure that:

  • each parcel corresponds to the order
  • each parcel is intact, not damaged or wet
  • the number of packages indicated on the document corresponds to the number of packages actually withdrawn.

In case of visible damages to the packaging, the parcels must be rejected without being opened. Any dispute must be promptly communicated to the logistic representative present at the time of collection and reported by e-mail to business@homemania.net; otherwise, Homemania Srl will consider the withdrawal properly done.

It is important that the transport document / DdT attached is kept for any event.
